About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Learning Specialist to join our Business Banking team at BOQ Group. As a key player in our transformation into a digital-first, customer-centric organisation, you'll be responsible for building, embedding, executing, and refining new learning experiences that drive strong commercial outcomes for the bank.

You'll partner with division leaders to identify and prioritise capability development, manage the rollout and execution of programs and tools, and ensure they achieve the desired business and learner outcomes. Your expertise in capability development and talent management, particularly within the Business Banking space, will be invaluable in this role.

About You

We're looking for someone who's not just experienced in capability development and talent management, but also a natural at business partnering and has a knack for facilitating and executing the delivery of engaging learning experiences. You'll thrive in a role where you can design programs that resonate with people and lead workshops that leave a lasting impression.
