About the Role
The Customer Relationship Specialist plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by identifying and supporting customers' current and future financial needs.
You will work closely with the Branch Manager to develop customer relationships through regular contact, proactive lead management, seeking opportunities for referrals, executing customer loan maintenance needs, and coaching Customer Service Officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service experience, preferably from the banking industry.
- Develop long-lasting relationships and positive customer experiences.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Will to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues.
- Ability to learn and confidently use technical financial systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
