About the Role
- Manage emails, organize documents, and maintain records.
- Support the smooth delivery of education courses across Mater campuses.
- Ensure accurate record management for Recognition of Prior Learning within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Ensure compliance with established processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and key stakeholders.
About You
- You will demonstrate high-level customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong computer skills, including competence in Administration systems.
- Ability to use programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
