About the Role

As a key member of the BOQ Group Capability team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Business Banking. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for building, embedding, executing, and refining new learning experiences that drive operational excellence, customer experience, and business performance.

This is a new role within the structure, aligned to the strategic growth plan for our Business Bank. You will partner with the Business Bank to develop the capability and talent framework for the division. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and prioritizing customer, technical, and leadership capabilities required to deliver on the Business Bank strategy.

You will design and deliver learning and development initiatives for relevant teams, including training pathways, operating rhythm, upskilling programs, performance support, coaching, and feedback. These initiatives will be driven towards achieving strong commercial outcomes for the bank, strengthening our risk culture, and solidifying our relationships.

You will manage the rollout and execution of these programs and tools, ensuring they achieve the desired business and learner outcomes. Additionally, you will coach and guide a team of capability partners and designers on best practices.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in capability development and talent management, particularly in the Business Banking space. You should be a natural business partner with a knack for facilitating and executing the delivery of engaging learning experiences. Your communication skills should be top-notch, both in writing and in person.

You should be comfortable designing programs that resonate with people and leading workshops that leave a lasting impression. You should be resourceful, always ready to find the information you need, and not fazed by uncertainty.
