Mater Misericordiae Ltd is seeking a Digital Learning Support Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of education courses across our campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage routine administrative tasks, including handling documents and maintaining records.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of education courses.
  • Perform data entry, ensuring accurate record management for Recognition of Prior Learning within our Learning Management System.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with established processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and key stakeholders to support seamless operations.

About You:

  • You will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • You have a high level of customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are able to multitask, organize and prioritize work effectively within a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • You have highly developed time management and organizational skills.
  • You are proficient in computer skills, including competence in Administration systems and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • You are able to use programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
