Newstead, Queensland, Australia Bank of Queensland Full time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Architect to join our Capability team at Bank of Queensland. This is a 12-month Maximum Term Contract role that offers the opportunity to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that drive business excellence, customer experience, and operational efficiency across our Retail Brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, embedding, executing, and refining learning experiences that align with the Retail Capability Framework. This includes developing onboarding programs, upskill initiatives, performance support tools, and role transition programs.

You will lead a small team of capability specialists, guiding and mentoring them to ensure effective implementation of these learning experiences. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other learning activities to promote knowledge transfer and skill development.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with subject matter experts across the bank to address change requests, determining the most appropriate learning interventions.

About You

To succeed in this position, you must have strong information and communication design skills that facilitate effective knowledge transfer and understanding.

Your experience in learning and development will be crucial in creating meaningful learning experiences that drive engagement and growth. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as systems thinking capabilities to distinguish training needs from other requirements.

This role requires intermediate instructional design skills, including video production, e-learning, assessment creation, and classroom facilitation. Your ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment is essential.
