About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Bank of Queensland. As a key player in our transformation into a digital-first, customer-centric organization, you will be responsible for nurturing a workforce that is not only skilled but also passionate about building social capital through banking.

In this role, you will collaborate with our Broker Distribution leadership team to scope and prioritize the capabilities required in each role to deliver on the Broker Distribution priorities. You will play a crucial role in delivering capability initiatives for the relevant teams, including training pathways, operating rhythm, upskilling programs, performance support, coaching, and feedback, and performance support tools.

You will engage with channel and division leaders to identify and prioritize capability development. You will also be responsible for creating content and tools that meet the developmental needs of our teams in the broker space. Additionally, you will manage the rollout and execution of these programs and tools, ensuring they achieve the desired business and learner outcomes.

By building strategic partnerships and providing coaching and training, you will help embed capability development into the flow of work. If you are looking to make a real impact in the world of banking, we would love to chat with you.
