As a Relationship Manager - Customer Experience, you will be part of a driven, supportive, and fun team that excels in providing outstanding customer service. Your role will involve identifying and supporting customers to explore their current and future financial needs, provisioning relevant financial products and services, and facilitating referrals to specialist teams where required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service experience, preferably from the banking industry, and a drive to build long-lasting relationships and positive customer experiences. You will also be a contributor to a collaborative team environment, willing to go above and beyond for your customers and colleagues, and driven to take a personalised approach with every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives
  • Provision relevant financial products and services, tailored to individual customer needs
  • Facilitate referrals to specialist teams, ensuring seamless customer journeys
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve business objectives and grow revenue
