As a Relationship Executive at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our Healthcare, Not for Profit, and diversified commercial banking customers. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your exceptional business development skills to identify new to bank opportunities and drive strategy execution with a focus on origination, structuring, and negotiation of financial solutions.

Your passion for innovation and continuously improving what we do and how we do it will be invaluable in this role.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, consulting closely with them to gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, and engaging product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions. You will also own and drive proactive risk management responsibilities of the portfolio, working collaboratively with the Analyst teams to support high-quality credit submissions.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong commercial acumen and the goal to further develop your financial skills. A real passion for relationship management and a desire to embed yourself within the regional community are essential. A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, or a related field would be highly regarded, as would experience in building successful customer portfolios and business origination.
