Job Description

As a Relationship Executive at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.

You will be responsible for consulting closely with clients to understand their individual needs, working collaboratively with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions, and driving strategy and deal execution with a focus on origination, structuring, and negotiation of financial solutions.

In this role, you will also own and drive proactive risk management responsibilities for your portfolio, working closely with analyst teams to support high-quality credit submissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Consult closely with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs
  • Work collaboratively with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions
  • Drive strategy and deal execution with a focus on origination, structuring, and negotiation of financial solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong commercial acumen and a goal to further develop financial skills
  • Pasison for relationship management and a desire to embed yourself within the regional community
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in building successful customer portfolios and business origination
  • Experience managing a diversified portfolio
