Business Development Manager

At Lion, we are seeking a Sales and Brand Execution Lead to join our team in Tasmania. This role will play a pivotal part in growing our enviable brand portfolio, selling some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International beer, cider & RTD market.
Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative strategies to increase sales and brand presence in the market
- Work closely with our established on and off-premise customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
- Travel to customer venues to engage and build strong relationships
- Deliver growth through effective brand execution and advocacy
- Collaborate effectively with the wider Sales and Marketing Team
Requirements
- A customer-obsessed individual with a passion for sales and brand growth
- Sales experience in FMCG, retail, or pharmaceuticals
- A proactive attitude and fearlessness in pursuing business opportunities
- Accountability and ability to deliver results
- A full, clean driver's licence and ability to work in Australia on a permanent basis
