Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on building strong relationships with Healthcare, Not for Profit, and commercial banking customers.

About the Role
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to leverage their business development skills and experience in relationship management to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, consulting closely with clients to understand their needs, and collaborating with product specialists to deliver financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to retain their business and identify new opportunities.
  2. Consult with clients to gain a deep understanding of their individual needs and work with product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions.
  3. Utilize market intelligence to drive strategy and execute deals focused on origination, structuring, and negotiation of financial solutions.
  4. Proactively manage risk responsibilities for assigned portfolios, working closely with analyst teams to ensure high-quality credit submissions.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for relationship management are essential.
  • Experience in building successful customer portfolios and business origination would be an advantage.
  • Manage a diversified portfolio of Healthcare, Not for Profit, and commercial banking customers.

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus superannuation.
