About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Guild Group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by managing a designated client portfolio. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, providing industry insights, and helping them understand and manage their risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing industry insights, identifying client needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their changing needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a designated client portfolio, ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the services provided and that their needs are being met.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Care team to enhance business processes and improve customer outcomes.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can thrive in a sales/account manager role. You should have a proven track record of developing client relationships, providing superior support, and driving business growth.

You will be an excellent communicator, able to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Your experience in managing a portfolio of commercial clients and your eagerness to learn and grow will make you a valuable asset to our team.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Holiday Allowance: 4 weeks' annual leave plus 10 days' sick leave and 10 days' annual leave loading
