Business Development and Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development and Improvement Specialist to support the identification of continuous improvement projects and drive value creation at our Lenah Valley site in Hobart. This role will provide analytical support with qualitative data on site KPIs, waste, machine efficiency, and develop an understanding of current processes and cost drivers across the site.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse data to understand correlation between plant performance and real-time events.
- Provide detailed insight by mapping and reporting on all forms of site loss and waste opportunities.
- Site-level daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including cycle count reports, waste reports, and site KPI reports.
- Manage the site's general AP cost centre and inventory controlling governance.
- You should have strong financial reporting and analysis experience, as well as advanced MS Excel skills.
- Power BI/SAP experience is highly desirable.
- You must be able to present complex data to senior stakeholders and possess excellent communication and influencing skills.
- A passion for teamwork and collaboration is essential, along with stakeholder and business partnering skills.
