Job Title: Sales Enablement Coordinator

An exciting opportunity to support the Sales team at Darktrace, a leading organization in AU, and contribute to the company's growth and success.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to optimize the quoting, contracting, and document review process, ensuring seamless communication across departments.

  • Work closely with the Sales team to provide expert guidance on deal structuring, contracting options, and margin analysis.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for complex deal queries and non-standard requests, ensuring timely resolution and approval.
  • Evaluate customer contracts and assess revenue recognition treatment in line with established policies (IFRS), coordinating efforts with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
Your Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Bid Management, Sales Operations, or Orders Management. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash process, with experience in Salesforce and CPQ.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Capacity to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling informed decision making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and prior experience with modeling and analysis desirable.
  • Ability to drive rapid, data-driven decision-making in complex situations.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, based on experience.
