Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement Manager to join our client, a leading business in Australia's financial services sector. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in driving sales effectiveness and ensuring high standards of service quality.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in sales enablement, training, and compliance within the financial services industry. With a proven track record of managing compliance, you will ensure that our organisation maintains the highest standards in retail and wholesale client management.

A key aspect of this role will be providing impactful coaching and feedback to sales and service teams, enhancing performance through live monitoring and real-time feedback. You will also review and audit sales processes for regulatory compliance, develop policies to meet monitoring and supervision obligations, and lead compliance reviews and risk assessments.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will design and deliver tailored compliance and product training programs to ensure team members are informed and compliant. Your expertise will also be essential in identifying performance trends and implementing corrective actions to improve service quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to drive sales effectiveness and service quality
  • Provide coaching and training to sales and service teams to enhance performance
  • Manage compliance within financial services, including AFSL Compliance Management for retail and wholesale clients
  • Design and deliver compliance and product training programs to ensure team members are informed and compliant
  • Lead compliance reviews, risk assessments, and change management initiatives in response to regulatory changes
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales enablement, training, and compliance within financial services
  • Tertiary education in Law, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business preferred; RG146 accreditation is beneficial
  • Proven experience in managing compliance within financial services, with a solid understanding of AFSL Compliance Management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to provide impactful coaching and feedback
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with quality monitoring data management systems
