Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Ricoh Imaging Europe.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary of €45,000 per annum, plus benefits. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and customers throughout the sales process.
You will work closely with Account Managers to improve sales productivity and customer service, interacting directly with customers to deliver high levels of customer service and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise between internal divisions to ensure smooth customer outcomes.
- Coordinate activities and projects such as events and campaigns.
- Assist the sales team with customer and opportunity data entry and reporting using Salesforce.
- Gather, collate, and document data for audits and future state designs.
- Create presentations, quotations, tenders, and proposals for the sales team.
- Support the sales team in entering and closing quotes and orders using the CPQ system.
- Maintain price lists for specific customers and upload them into CPQ.
- Interface with the IMACD team on customer requirements and order progress.
- Investigate and resolve customer billing, toner automation, meter reading, and service incident issues.
- Experience working in business-to-business sales environments.
- High level of computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to deal with customers, staff, and executives.
