About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading business in Australia's financial services sector, is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to oversee sales effectiveness, service quality, and compliance across the organisation. This exciting role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, training, quality, and compliance within a call centre or financial services environment. A tertiary education in Law, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business, along with RG146 accreditation, would be beneficial. Proven experience in managing compliance within financial services, specifically in AFSL Compliance Management for both retail and wholesale clients, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide impactful coaching and feedback to sales and service teams to enhance performance.
  • Review and audit sales processes for compliance with regulations.
  • Manage and implement AFSL compliance requirements, developing policies to meet monitoring and supervision obligations.
  • Lead compliance reviews, risk assessments, and change management initiatives in response to regulatory changes.
  • Design and deliver tailored compliance and product training programs to ensure team members are informed and compliant.
  • Identify performance trends and implement corrective actions to improve service quality and compliance.

This role requires strong leadership and people management skills, as well as excellent problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with quality monitoring data management systems are also essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders, are crucial for success in this position.

What You'll Need
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a call centre or financial services environment.
  • Tertiary education in Law, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • RG146 accreditation is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in managing compliance within financial services, specifically in AFSL Compliance Management for both retail and wholesale clients.
