Job Description

This senior role involves ensuring high standards of sales effectiveness, service quality, and compliance across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Enablement: Provide in-depth coaching and training for sales and service teams to enhance performance, including live monitoring and real-time feedback.
  • Compliance Management: Review and audit sales processes for compliance with regulations, offering performance feedback, and managing AFSL compliance requirements.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver tailored compliance and product training programs to ensure team members are informed and compliant.
  • Risk Assessment and Change Management: Lead compliance reviews, risk assessments, and change management initiatives in response to regulatory changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a call centre or financial services environment, with a strong focus on sales enablement, training, quality, and compliance.
  • Tertiary education in Law, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business preferred; RG146 accreditation is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in managing compliance within financial services, with a solid understanding of AFSL Compliance Management for both retail and wholesale clients.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to provide impactful coaching and feedback.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with quality monitoring data management systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
