Business Transformation Enablement Professional

We are embarking on an exciting journey to transform our commercial organisation and drive accelerated growth as a leading provider of software solutions for public services.
As a seasoned Sales Enablement Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in redefining sales strategies, driving execution excellence, and enhancing sales performance. You will collaborate with Executive Leadership and the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) organisation to accelerate time to productivity, improve overall sales output, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
This leadership role requires a strong understanding of software sales, strategic thinking, compelling storytelling, and the ability to inspire and engage the sales organisation. A proven track record in successfully implementing sales enablement programs in partnership with senior leaders is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a scalable, high-impact Sales Enablement Strategy that supports our GTM transformation across all verticals.
- Create tailored learning pathways for the sales team, co-create sales methodologies, playbooks, and a comprehensive learning repository covering core skills and product knowledge.
- Partner with Executive and Sales Leadership to identify business needs, bridge learning gaps, and design targeted programs to support key goals like cross-sell quotas and pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation—sales, product marketing, sales strategy, and people operations—to create content, training, and onboarding programs that drive sales success.
