Strategic Sales Enablement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Enablement Lead to join our Group Services team at MYOB. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance by improving the efficiency and productivity of our front-line selling teams.
Our ideal candidate will be a collaborative, process-oriented, and analytical individual with a passion for influencing decisions and turning insights into actions. You will have a strong understanding of SaaS and platform businesses, as well as experience in developing channel plans and forecasts.

In this role, you will:
- Support planning, including designing and implementing territories, developing and allocating quota, and supporting compensation design and execution
- Develop and enhance reporting that provides insights into business performance against targets
- Present analysis and recommendations to sales leaders and senior leadership teams
- Owning and driving the forecast cadence and operating rhythm with sellers and sales leaders
- Continuously improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the forecast cadence
- Ensure that sales teams are well-positioned to execute quarterly and campaign initiatives, including supporting the design and execution of short-term sales incentives
- Identify and execute initiatives that improve process efficiency and effectiveness, including opportunities to eliminate, simplify, standardise, and automate processes
- Manage and maintain data integrity for sales tools, reporting, telephony, and CRM systems
