Administrative Support Specialist

Randstad, the preferred supplier choice to Federal, State and Local Government organisations, is seeking an experienced HR Administrator for a temporary assignment in Regional Victoria.
With a 3-month tenure and possibility of extension, this role offers a competitive hourly rate of up to $45 + super.
About the Role
- The successful candidate will act as the initial point of contact for the recruitment team, handling phone calls and routine enquiries.
- Responsibilities include processing and progressing applications for Roles within the Springboard application, contributing to continuous enhancements in attraction and selection processes, candidate management, and customer service.
- Maintaining office and administrative systems to ensure accurate record keeping, assisting with all stages of the recruitment and selection process, and preparing, processing, and securely storing relevant documentation.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated engagement and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications, including Outlook, Word, and Internet
- Experience with databases, including but not limited to Springboard, and ability to work unsupervised
- Able to handle confidential matters appropriately and diplomatically
