Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to support individuals with disability in leading everyday lives of their choice.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality administration and reception services to our clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to enquiries related to services offered by Melba Support Services
  • Provide accurate information, guidance and support to people seeking access to services
  • Ensure confidentiality and empathy when dealing with sensitive information
  • Maintain a welcoming reception area, manage mail, meeting rooms, clerical tasks, and office supplies
  • Handle inquiries professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed
  • Maintain a confidential database of inquiries and prepare reports on trends and client needs
  • Collaborate with departments for accurate information, participate in training, and coordinate maintenance efforts

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in reception, customer service or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple activities and prioritise tasks
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
