Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to enquiries related to services offered by Melba Support Services
- Provide accurate information, guidance and support to people seeking access to services
- Ensure confidentiality and empathy when dealing with sensitive information
- Maintain a welcoming reception area, manage mail, meeting rooms, clerical tasks, and office supplies
- Handle inquiries professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed
- Maintain a confidential database of inquiries and prepare reports on trends and client needs
- Collaborate with departments for accurate information, participate in training, and coordinate maintenance efforts
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in reception, customer service or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to handle multiple activities and prioritise tasks
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
