PETstock Pty Ltd is a leading pet care and accessories company operating across Australia and New Zealand.

Based at our Ballarat Support Office, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to provide exceptional administrative support to our team. This includes coordinating end-to-end weekly payroll across Australia and New Zealand, setting up and maintaining employee payroll profiles, responding to payroll inquiries, and providing reports as required.

You will also be responsible for data entry, general employee maintenance tasks, and supporting our global support office in Ballarat with guest coordination, meeting room booking management, monitoring and ordering office supplies, and setting up events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Payroll team to coordinate end-to-end weekly payroll across Australia & New Zealand
  • Set-up & maintenance of employee payroll profiles
  • Respond to payroll enquiries
  • Provide payroll reports as required
  • Assist with data entry, and general employee maintenance tasks such as new hires, change of roles etc.
  • Actively follow and comply with all policies and procedures.
  • Provide administration support to PETstock Global Support Office in Ballarat including – guest coordination, meeting room booking management, monitoring & ordering office supplies, office event set-up & coordination,
  • Coordinate and assist with social club events & support day to day social club operations / tasks
  • Provide assistance to stores regarding the use of Time Target
Requirements
  • Experience using Microsoft office suites
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
  • Shows initiative, thinks through problems, and contacts the correct stakeholders to find a solution.
  • Positive and can-do attitude

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum + superannuation based on experience.
