We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to lead organisation wide development strategies to enhance the leadership capabilities of managers and career development of all staff at Legal Aid NSW.

As the Manager, Learning and Organisational Development, you will lead the design, monitoring and implementation of organisational human resource strategies, staff capability development, training and ethics programs.

You will contribute to projects and strategies that support learning and organisational development, including internal communications, event planning and training programs.

A highly motivated and experienced leader who thrives on the challenge of driving organisational change and capability development, you will have superior communication and influencing skills to support our organisation in optimising our workforce capability and achieving strategic goals.

As a strategic thinker who collaborates widely and leads with compassion, you will balance operational and strategic responsibilities and thrive on creating new and exciting initiatives that encourage learning and foster a culture that supports a sense of belonging and embraces diversity and inclusion.
