Our OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and lead the delivery of organisational development frameworks and processes across Talent & Succession, Culture & Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and Leadership Development portfolios.
The RoleAs an Organisational Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of priority organisational development solutions. You will also manage external and internal reporting and governance of OD policy and practice, as well as relevant external vendors and partners to support the delivery of OD strategic priorities.
About YouWe are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years' experience in human resources, specifically organisational development gained within a corporate or consulting environment. You should have demonstrated success in leading, designing, and implementing OD solutions, with a deep understanding of OD theories, practices, and trends, and a commercial application.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus superannuation and other benefits.
