About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Organisation Development Lead to drive talent strategy across The Arnott's Group.

This exciting opportunity is now available for the next leader who wants to create impact across our people and capability platforms.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer and part of the People and Culture Leadership Team, this role is responsible for organisation-wide direction in shaping and executing strategies within Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic direction and thought leadership on people development and capability agendas.
  • Drive initiatives in leadership, learning and development, talent management, performance management, and employee listening to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders, people leaders, and the People & Culture team across Australia, New Zealand, and One Asia business.
What You'll Do
  • Provide specialist thought leadership in performance, leadership, learning and development, talent management, and employee listening.
  • Drive initiatives to upskill leaders and employees, embedding leadership competencies at all levels, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Enhance the learning ecosystem, including accountability for Success Factors Learning Management System.
  • Design and implement talent development initiatives to accelerate career growth.
  • Manage the people performance cycle, embedding key processes around performance management, including goal setting, check-ins, and talent reviews.
  • Lead with insights across performance, talent management, learning, and employee listening to inform decision-making and empower stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in organisational development, with a proven record of accomplishment in large, complex organisations, preferably within ANZ and Asia regions.
  • Proven leadership in a large corporate setting, preferably within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Industry with expertise in managing cross-functional teams and engaging with senior leaders to align organisational development strategies with business objectives.
  • Digitally savvy with experience in leveraging technology platforms within portfolio areas.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a record of accomplishment of enhancing processes and procedures.
  • Forward thinking leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills and business acumen.
  • Strong capability in coaching and developing individuals to align with both their personal career growth and the organisation's goals.
Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
