Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and Connect: Partner with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of capability-building initiatives, streamlining channels for our people to thrive.
  • Lead with Impact: Take ownership of the capability framework, driving data-driven decisions to elevate performance and engagement.

What We Offer:

We provide a dynamic work environment where your ideas will be valued, your skills sharpened, and your impact felt across the business. Our salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We offer a full-time role with opportunities for growth and development.
