As an Talent & Enablement Partner (OD-focused role), you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing organisational development programs that drive performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver impactful organisational development programs that drive performance and engagement.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify needs and ensure the successful implementation of capability-building initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the capability framework, enhancing it to unlock the full potential of our teams.
  • Drive initiatives that streamline channels, making it easier for our people to thrive.

Your Background:

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant roles, delivering impactful talent management, development, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Strong experience within organisational development.
  • Creative and innovative approach to designing programs.
  • A history of making data-driven decisions that elevate performance and engagement.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development or a related field are preferred.

About This Opportunity

This is a permanent role with a salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, located in New South Wales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering impactful talent management, development, and performance improvement initiatives. They will also possess exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, data-driven decision-making abilities, and a genuine passion for organisational development.
