Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Learning and Development Manager to drive our learning strategy and foster a culture of growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct an organisational learning needs analysis to identify priority skills for capability uplift.
  2. Design and deliver TEG's development programs across new and existing employees.
  3. Upskill and coach others to develop their skills and capabilities.
  4. Elevate TEG's L&D offerings to differentiate us in the market.
  5. Take a consultative approach with key stakeholders to promote a culture of learning and growth throughout the business.
  6. Act as a skilled facilitator in workshops and training sessions.
  7. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  2. Strong facilitation skills with experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  3. Experience in management development and implementing best practice solutions would be an advantage.
  4. Experience analysing business needs, crafting solutions, and designing impactful programs.
