About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Rehab. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that meet the evolving needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Manage the development and implementation of learning management systems
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within learning and development
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Training, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with learning management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
