Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Cultural Transformation Leader to join our Culture & Organisational Development team. This role will play a pivotal part in implementing culture transformation initiatives for The Star Sydney, aligned with The Star's Culture Reform Program and Measurement Framework.

About the Role

The successful candidate will report to the General Manager, Culture & Organisational Development and work closely with various stakeholders to drive impactful change and cultivate a culture that champions The Star's vision and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Implement culture transformation initiatives aligned with the Remediation Plan, focused on The Star Sydney.
  • Partner with The Star Sydney General Manager, People Operations, Property P&P team, and Property Leadership Team for the successful implementation of culture transformation and OD initiatives.
  • Drive culture with a focus on Purpose, Values, and Principles (PVP) across The Star Sydney organisation and build leadership capability in this regard.
  • Facilitate internal workshops and training sessions to promote understanding and adoption of the desired culture.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders and teams through a proactive approach on culture change and change management best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources, culture transformation, organisational development, or change management.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ideal 5+ years' experience in Human Resource functions.
