You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify needs and ensure the successful implementation of capability-building initiatives.

  • Champion Change: Drive initiatives that streamline channels, making it easier for our people to thrive.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in organisational development. You should have a track record of delivering impactful talent management, development, and performance improvement initiatives. Your expertise in project management and human-centred design will be highly valued.
