Job Description

This position involves supporting the design and development of innovative learning products and solutions, including training documentation, lesson plans, and training manuals. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality training packages are developed and maintained. Additionally, you will contribute to the evaluation and reporting on the effectiveness of learning packages and provide technical support for the Learning Management System (LMS).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong background in designing, developing, or evaluating learning programs
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with rapid authoring eLearn tools, such as Articulate software
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or ability to obtain one
