The Manager, Learning and Organisational Development role is a key position within our Human Resources team, responsible for leading organisational development strategies to enhance leadership capabilities and staff development.

This includes designing and implementing training programs, developing internal communications, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

You will be a highly motivated and experienced leader who thrives on driving organisational change and capability development. You will have superior communication and influencing skills to support our organisation in optimising our workforce capability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing organisational development strategies to enhance leadership capabilities and staff development;
  • Developing and delivering training programs to improve leadership and management skills;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and objectives;
  • Leading and managing projects to drive organisational change and improvement;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in designing, monitoring and implementing organisational human resource strategies;
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to support organisational change and development;
  • Ability to lead and manage projects to drive organisational improvement;
  • A degree in a relevant field such as HR, Business or Management;
