About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Sales Operations Strategist to join our dynamic team in APJ. As a key member of our startup sales growth team, you'll partner with AWS Sales Leaders to define, land, and execute strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine sales processes, procedures, and policies to support rapid business growth.
  • Manage forecast models and methodologies, owning quantitative analysis of sales team performance, customers, prospects, partners, markets, and products/services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely sales commission calculations and payments.
  • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and participate in projects as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

You have 5+ years of experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent. You're proficient in sales CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
