About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Operations Manager to drive revenue growth in the ANZ region. This key position will work closely with the Growth, ANZ, and APJ teams to evolve forecasting models, analyze historic results, and provide business recommendations to senior management.

This role will focus on providing operational insights to the business, supporting the ANZ Global Sales Operations leadership in day-to-day activities, and delivering additional analytical support as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the business unit's weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly cadence, performance management, annual goals, budgeting, and ongoing forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, insights, and dashboards to drive key business decisions across ANZ.
  • Lead the development and provision of routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to AWS senior management regarding strategic initiatives, partner segment performance, performance against goals, etc.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of existing and emerging third-party data sources as needed for Analytics.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
