In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with regional sales leaders and their teams to deliver cloud sales operations across the APJ region. Reporting to the APJ Sales Operations Manager, you will leverage your expertise in implementing improvements to sales operations services through creation of self-service, automated, and AI-driven sales management tools.

Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring sales productivity/efficiency metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools, identifying reporting issues and process gaps, and driving timely resolutions. You will also support regional sales leaders with forecasting, pipeline management, Salesforce, and other sales operations queries.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-growth, technology company and collaborate with a diverse team that values inclusivity and diversity. As a trusted business partner, you will provide timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence to drive significant business value.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment. Experience working within a high-growth, technology company and demonstrated success in a similar sales operations role are highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales operations experience in a multinational IT, Cloud or SaaS company, experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data, and experience with sales CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and data visualization (e.g. Quicksight, Tableau).

Based on the job requirements, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
