Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Strategist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business performance enhancement through data-driven decision-making and process improvement.

About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Support annual planning activities and develop insightful analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Provide enablement and support for specific mechanisms used to manage sales and sales operations businesses.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Develop relationships with sales, sales operations, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue attainment objectives.
  • Create insightful analysis, reports, and dashboards to accelerate information-to-action at scale.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
