About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Lead to join our team in ANZ Startups, APJ Startup Sales Ops. This role will drive predictability in reporting and analyzing business trends, while partnering with AWS Sales Leaders to define and execute strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define key sales support systems and processes required for rapid business growth.
  • Manage forecast models and methodologies, owning quantitative analysis of sales team performance.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to identify and address reporting issues.
  • Assist Sales Managers in evaluating team performance and ensuring accurate commission calculations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools like Salesforce or similar software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
