Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a skilled Community Relationship Liaison to establish and maintain positive relationships with existing participants, their families, and support coordinators.
  • The ideal candidate will understand participants' needs, objectives, and challenges, providing tailored solutions and support to meet their goals.
  • This role involves proactive engagement with participants to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain open communication channels.
  • You will conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and align with participant goals.
  • Collaboration with internal teams is essential to deliver exceptional service and meet participant expectations.
  • Monitoring and analysing key account metrics will help track performance and identify trends.
  • As a participant advocate, you will effectively communicate and address participant needs, feedback, and concerns within the organization.
  • Providing guidance and recommendations to management regarding needs and improvements related to accommodation and care is also a key responsibility.
  • Regular reports on participant performance, highlighting key metrics and opportunities for improvement, will be a critical aspect of this role.
  • Strong communication with the State Manager, Community Engagement Manager, and Service Manager is necessary to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Working collaboratively with external stakeholders, including participants, family members, Support Coordinators, LACs, and government departments, will help develop, implement, and evaluate community engagement and brand awareness opportunities.
  • Actively identifying, facilitating, and participating in participant community events and forums to represent Cocoon Group Services as a service provider will be an essential part of this role.
  • Maintaining accurate records and meeting KPIs are also expected.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A successful applicant must hold NDIS worker screening clearance.
  • NDIS COVID-19 certification is also mandatory.
  • Proof of full vaccination and a valid driver's license are required.
  • A Working with Children Check is necessary.

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

  • The minimum qualification required is a Certificate IV in Disability or Community Services or higher.
  • A Business Administration Qualification is desirable.

Salary Estimate:

Ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
