Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate leader to join our team as a Disability Support Network Development Manager. This role will focus on building strong relationships with local community organisations, regional and state government agencies, and other community-minded groups to generate opportunities for people with disabilities to access the best housing and services they need.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A sound understanding of the NDIS price guide and experience in completing schedule of support agreements and tenancy agreements.
  • Strong referral connections and local knowledge of the area.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills to build collaborative partnerships.
  • The ability to identify opportunities and demonstrate community engagement experience.
  • Well-developed stakeholder negotiation skills to deliver solutions that meet the needs of NDIS participants.
  • Two years' experience in a similar role within a human services environment.
  • An empathetic, positive, and warm approach to working with people facing challenges.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for establishing, strengthening, and maintaining strong, positive relationships with organisations that can connect us with people who need our services. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to engage with local communities and stakeholders.
  • BUILDING strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business development and growth.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities to increase referrals and partnerships.
