About this Role

We are seeking a Pricing Administrator to assist the National Quote to Cash Operations Manager in ensuring prices and pricing configurations are loaded accurately and on time. The successful candidate will support the pricing team with ad hoc data extraction and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing pricing strategy through loading prices and configurations in the system.
  • Ensuring pricing policies are adhered to and governance is followed.
  • Recommending continuous improvement opportunities and updating process map documents.
  • Working across functions to develop tools and systems leveraging customer data, driving sales, and improving margin.
  • Ensuring product pricing integrity and accuracy.
  • Calculating rebates accurately according to contracts.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers and Sales Teams to determine the right price.
  • Managing additional customer data creation, change, and maintenance.
  • Maintaining regional standard products listings and necessary price documentation as controlled documents.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, IT, or statistical disciplines are highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in a similar pricing or support role is essential.
  • Construction industry experience is desirable.
  • Attention to detail while maintaining an overview of the larger picture is required.
  • Able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Candidates should be able to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a dynamic working environment.
  • Maintain a professional attitude at all times, demonstrating respect and courtesy when dealing with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills are essential for effective internal and external communication.
  • Effective time management and agile customer service mindset are crucial.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, G Suite, and Microsoft Excel, including vlookups, pivots, and data cleansing, is highly regarded.

Requirements:
