What We're Looking For

We seek a highly skilled Sous Chef with 2 years of experience working at a Chef De Partie level within a fine dining restaurant. Prior knowledge of cooking with fire is preferred.

  • Detailed understanding of food and produce
  • Strong leadership and training skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Australian working rights are mandatory, and flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.
