About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at JRM Hospitality, a thriving fine dining restaurant in the Sutherland Shire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus that showcase classic French influences with modern Australian quality.
  • Collaborate with the management team on business planning and strategy.
  • Lead a professional organized kitchen team and ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a 'hands on' Chef, with a minimum of 1 year as a Head Chef or 2 years as a Senior Sous Chef.
  • Experience in high volume, fine dining restaurants, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and staff.
