**The Role**:
Monday - Friday, you will soon be a valuable team member wowing your coworkers with your professionalism and excellent administration skills On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting a Senior Strata Manager
- Point of contact for all Executive Committees, Owners and Tenants
- Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
- Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
- Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
- Issuing Keys to contractors, owners & tenants
- Strata Administration

**The**
- Previous Experience in Strata Management
- A current Strata Certificate is needed
- The ability to work towards goals
- Be willing to contribute to a progressive company
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
- Have a high level of computer skills
- The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
- Maturity, strong communication skills and team player
