Firedoor, the only fire-powered restaurant in Australia, offers a unique culinary experience. Located in the heart of Surry Hills, our team works instinctively with fire and ingredient to create a seasonally-driven menu daily.
Our Expectations
We are seeking a highly skilled Pasty Chef de Partie to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience working at a fine dining restaurant and be knowledgeable about local and native produce.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be passionate about food, produce, and cooking with fire, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive full Australian working rights and access to further benefits and discounts. Every Sunday off and closed annually for Christmas and New Year.
