Your strong attention to detail and professional demeanor make you well-presented and punctual.
What We're Looking For
We require an experienced Chef de Partie with 2 years of fine dining experience. Cooking with fire is preferred, but not essential. You must have a deep understanding of food and produce, as well as strong leadership and training skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also essential. Additionally, you must have full Australian working rights and be available to work nights and weekends.
