Your Impact
This critical role will lead and oversee our Partner Program, focusing on automating channel sales for maximum impact. Leveraging your commercial acumen, operational experience, and analytical skills, you'll drive one of Weel's most ambitious go-to-market projects to date.
A Brief Overview
Key responsibilities include:
- Formalizing and executing our partner channel program.
- Assessment and planning.
- Designing, building, and formalizing a strategy from acquisition to embedding our solution in a partner's preferred client tech stack.
- Tackling the challenge of scaling a solution usable by accounting and bookkeeper firms nationwide.
- Execution: Target and recruit, onboard and activate, train and enable.
- Identifying, training, and hiring key personnel to scale once the program is formalized and fit for purpose.

You'll adopt a formulaic approach to generating referrals and driving growth, enhancing partner performance through a repeatable playbook.
With a data-driven, operational background, you've cultivated relationships that bring value to partners. Your task is to deliver an exceptional partner experience in a scalable manner, ensuring partners become competent in selling our solution, driving consistent and smooth growth across the ecosystem.
To succeed, you'll gain a deep understanding of our Ideal Partner Profile and value proposition. Experience with go-to-market strategies, channel sales models, and playbook development is essential.
You'll partner with our Founder and CRO to establish a team, manage existing and current partner enquiries, and develop a structured approach to the function.
