Salary
We offer a competitive salary for this $120,000 - $180,000 per annum role, commensurate with experience.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director. As a key member of the Board, you will play a strategic role in shaping the future of AWL NSW, bringing your expertise in financial management, governance, and legal compliance to ensure the organization remains on track with its ambitious goals.
Your responsibilities will include providing oversight, guidance, and support, particularly in areas of financial management, risk management, and compliance practices. You will work closely with the CEO and Board to oversee execution of a forward-looking strategic plan that will enable AWL NSW to expand its services, enhance its operational capabilities, and ensure sustainability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A deep understanding of strategic growth, financial management, governance, and legal expertise
- Experience serving on Boards in Australia
- A strong track record of contributing to organizational growth and development
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to distill and critically review advice received
